Worship
At Faith everything we do is grounded in worship. We believe that the personality, purposes and promises of God are revealed to us through Jesus Christ. In worship we reliably encounter the living God through the scriptures, sermons, hymns and sacraments.
Lutheran worship style
Cyclical. The scripture readings follow the church calendar.
Liturgical. The word liturgy is derived from a Greek word meaning “work of the people.”
The words of the Lutheran liturgy come directly from the Bible.
Musical. Lutheran worship has a strong musical tradition.
