Music

Lutheran worship has a strong musical tradition. At Faith, our music includes expressions from cultures around the world and every age.

There is a place for you in our music ministry.  In all its forms, music at Faith serves God and the weekly worship life of this community.  Your participation is a giving back of the gifts that God has given you and, along the way, you will find yourself receiving the gift of experiencing worship in a fresh way, of fellowship with other Christian music-lovers, and of adding a new dimension to your spiritual walk.  Our plans for the upcoming year include an Advent hymn festival, “Holy Light” by Robert Hobby, on December 11 that will include the Adult Choir, Grace Notes, and Youth Choir, accompanied by brass, bells, and organ. The Children’s Choir and Youth Choir will be working on a biblical musical drama, “Elijah!” by Mark Patterson, for presentation in the spring.  Find a place where you can serve among the many opportunities listed here and join us as we begin a new year of praising God with music.
